Tues. October 18, 6:30-8:30pm. Mexican influenced dinner, with a healthy twist.  We’ll start with Hot Corn Cakes topped with avocado and prawns, with a little kick! Followed by a Mexican salad with a pomegranate-lime dressing and to warm you up this fall, a quick and easy Cod Corn Tortilla soup. We’ll finish with a very quick Baked Apple dessert.
