1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
¼ cup fresh cilantro – chopped
2 tablespoons green onions – chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 pear, ripe – cored and finely diced
1 jalapeno – seeded and minced
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill.
Serving Ideas: Good served with quesadillas made with leftover turkey and jack cheese. Or turkey panani.
