Jack-O-Lantern Hummus

2 tablespoons sesame butter

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon olive oil

Dash salt and pepper

1 15-oz.can pumpkin (not the pie filling)

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons cilantro

 

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth, chill and serve.

 

Dipper ideas: ginger snap cookies, baked pita chips, graham crackers, or apple wedges.
