1 ½ cups canola oil
¾ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 T Colman’s dry mustard
1 T black pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ cup vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 T dried parsley flakes
Combine all ingredients.
Marinade pork or chicken several hours or over night. Then grill.
Good on veggies too!
