Peggy’s Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups canola oil
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T English mustard
  • 1 T black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 T dried parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Marinade pork or chicken several hours or over night. Then grill.
  3. Good on veggies too!
